This Legal Notice governs the access, navigation and use of the website comparamoda.com and its international subdomains (hereinafter, "the Site"). Use of the Site implies express and full acceptance of the conditions set out below. This document complies with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Owner information

In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law LSSI-CE, it is reported that this Site is owned by ComparaModa.com, with fiscal address in Spain. The owner's identification data, tax ID (NIF/CIF) and full postal address can be requested in writing via email at [email protected]. Users will receive the corresponding information within a maximum of 10 working days.

2. Purpose and operation of the site

ComparaModa.com is an online fashion product price comparator. The Site allows users to search, compare and access offers of clothing, shoes and accessories from various third-party online stores. ComparaModa does NOT sell products directly and does not hold any inventory. It acts exclusively as an intermediary between the user and the stores, providing comparative information and links to the product pages of the original merchants. All commercial transactions take place directly between the user and the destination store.

3. Conditions of use of the Site

By accessing the Site, the user undertakes to use it lawfully, appropriately and in good faith, and not to perform any of the following acts:

  • Use the Site for illegal, fraudulent or immoral purposes.
  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the Site or ComparaModa's IT systems without authorization.
  • Use bots, scrapers, web crawlers or automated tools to massively extract data from the Site without express authorization.
  • Overload the servers with excessive requests (denial-of-service attacks).
  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or any other harmful software.
  • Impersonate other users or ComparaModa.
  • Carry out activities that infringe the intellectual property rights of ComparaModa or third parties.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All Site content —including text, graphic design, logos, icons, interface, source code, databases and structure— is the exclusive property of ComparaModa or has been licensed to it. The images, brands and trade names of the products displayed are the property of their respective original stores and manufacturers and are displayed exclusively for informational and comparative purposes, under the right of citation. Any reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication of the Site's content is expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from ComparaModa.

5. Links to third-party sites

The Site contains links to third-party store websites. ComparaModa does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, business practices or availability of the linked sites. The inclusion of a link does not imply recommendation, endorsement or association with the linked site. The user accesses third-party sites at their own risk and must read and accept the terms of use and privacy policies of each destination site before making any transaction.

6. Limitation of liability

ComparaModa makes every reasonable effort to keep the Site information up to date and accurate, but does not guarantee and is not responsible for:

  • The accuracy, completeness or currency of prices, availability, descriptions or images of products, which depend exclusively on the source stores.
  • Price differences that may exist between the time of the click and the time of purchase at the destination store.
  • Transactions, returns, deliveries or claims between the user and third-party stores.
  • Interruptions, technical errors or temporary unavailability of the Site.
  • Direct, indirect, consequential damages or loss of profit arising from the use or inability to use the Site.
  • Content of third-party sites accessible through links.

7. Revenue model and affiliate marketing

ComparaModa finances its activity through affiliate marketing programs with networks such as Awin, CJ Affiliate, Admitad and AliExpress Portals, as well as direct agreements with some stores. When a user makes a purchase through the Site's links, ComparaModa may receive a commission from the corresponding store or affiliate network. This commission does NOT in any case affect the final price paid by the user. The user acknowledges and accepts this monetization model by using the Site. ComparaModa is committed to offering honest and impartial comparisons regardless of the commission it may receive from each store.

8. Data protection and cookies

The processing of users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Site, which forms an integral part of this Legal Notice. The use of cookies is detailed in the Cookie Policy. By browsing the Site, the user declares to have read and accepted both documents.

9. Modifications to the Site and conditions

ComparaModa reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice the presentation, configuration and content of the Site, as well as the conditions of this Legal Notice. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a modification implies acceptance of the new conditions.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Site, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's city of residence (for users with consumer status under applicable law), or failing that, to the competent courts in Spain. Users residing in the European Union may access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
