How do returns work on ComparaModa?

ComparaModa is a price comparison site that helps you find the best deals from hundreds of online stores. We do not sell products directly. Each product listed is sold and shipped by the corresponding merchant (online store).

Therefore, all returns and refunds are handled directly with the store where you purchased the product. We recommend checking the specific store's return policy before completing your purchase.

Return deadline

Under European consumer protection law, you have the right to return most online purchases within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This is known as the "right of withdrawal".

Most of our partner stores offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date. Returns are accepted for products in new condition, unopened in original packaging or never worn. Some stores offer extended windows (30 days or more). Always check the specific policy on the merchant's website.

How to start a return?

1. Visit the website of the store where you bought the product.
2. Go to their customer service or returns section.
3. Follow their instructions to request a return. Most provide a return form or portal.
4. Ship the product back following the merchant's instructions. Return labels are usually provided at no extra cost.

Refunds

Refunds are generally processed within 14 business days after the merchant receives the returned product. The refund is issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

No restocking fees apply under European law for returns made within the withdrawal period.

Exceptions

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

• Personalised or made-to-order items.
• Sealed products that have been opened after delivery (for hygiene reasons, e.g. lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics).
• Perishable products.
